Refund Policy

Every StickerLabz order is printed just for you with your own artwork, so we can't resell it or take it back like a store-bought item. That's why we don't accept returns for change of mind. But if we get something wrong, we make it right, fast.

Our Print-Right Promise
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, cut wrong, or different from the proof you approved, we'll reprint it for free or give you a full refund. Your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

To get a reprint or refund:
1. Email us at joey@blissmonkeyco.net within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the problem.
3. We'll reply within 1 business day and get your fix started right away.

What's covered
- Printing defects: smudges, streaks, wrong colors compared with your approved proof, peeling laminate
- Cutting errors: stickers cut off-line or in the wrong shape
- Wrong item, size, material or quantity
- Orders damaged in shipping
- Packages lost in transit (we'll reprint once the carrier confirms it's lost)

What isn't covered
- Mistakes in the artwork or proof you approved, such as spelling, low-resolution images, or colors you selected. Please check your free Lab Proof carefully. Once you approve it, we print exactly what you see.
- Small color differences between your screen and the printed sticker. Every screen shows color a little differently.
- Stickers that were applied and then removed, or used on surfaces they aren't made for.
- Change of mind after printing has started.

Cancellations and changes
- Before you approve your proof: cancel or change anything for a full refund.
- After you approve your proof: your order goes straight to print, so we can't cancel it. If you need a change, email us right away and we'll do our best before it prints.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. Delivery timing is shown at checkout. If your order is late, email us and we'll track it down.
