What happens after I check out?

A person on our team reviews your file and cut line. If you approved your Lab Proof, it goes straight to print. If you asked for changes, we’ll send you an updated proof first. Stickers are made in 1–3 business days after approval and ship free with tracking.

What files can I upload?

PNG, JPG, SVG and WebP get an instant cut line in Lab Proof. PDF and AI files work too; our team traces those by hand. Use the highest-resolution version you have, ideally 300 dpi at your sticker size.

Which white border should I pick?

Thin (1/16 in) hugs your art closely. Medium (1/8 in) is a safe pick for most designs. Large (3/16 in) gives a bold, classic sticker look.

What’s the difference between die cut and kiss cut?

Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through, around the shape of your design. Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, so each one peels off a larger backing sheet.

Matte or gloss?

Your pick, same price. Gloss is shiny and saturated, the classic sticker look. Matte is flat with no glare, great for fine lines and text. Both are laminated 7 mil vinyl.

How long do they last outside?

Every sticker is printed on thick 7 mil vinyl and sealed with a protective laminate, so it’s waterproof and resists scratches and fading. Our standard removable vinyl is rated 3 years outdoors and peels off clean. Pick Permanent for 5 years outdoors and a stronger hold on cars, coolers and gear.
